We acted for a UK-based company in negotiations with a leading global digital assets exchange in relation to a sponsorship arrangement.
Kapex researched the legal framework applicable to derivatives contracts in the UK, Singapore and the US, drafted and negotiated the sponsorship agreement with the counterparty, calculated and constructed the payment structures and helped coordinate signing and closing.
